The whole point of being an online retailer is having a home base to sell your products. Your website can make or break a sale, especially for new customers. Let’s make sure your online store has everything you need.
First and foremost, Startup Noire works solely on Shopify stores. We do offer WooCommerce to Shopify migrations. Our Website/Shop Design + Development service has a 5 step process.
Step 1: Fill out a pre-Design Consultation Questionnaire. This goes over your existing site, your needs, and your wish list. Attach this questionnaire when you schedule your consultation. Please note, consultations will not be scheduled without a complete questionnaire.
Step 2: We will meet for a 60 minute Design Consultation, where we review the questionnaire, check out other site designs you like, and decide on what needs to be included in your online store. This consultation will also cover recommended apps and helpful software (these apps may have additional fees not included in the price of your design + development).
Step 3: Your website is nothing without content. Send us the content we need so we can get this party started. This includes:
- Details for up to 50 products (Name, price, SKU, colors, sizes, categories, description, etc.)
- Product Photography
Step 4: Your Design Review is scheduled approximately 2 weeks after the Design Consultation. This 60 minute Design Review is for making tweaks, filling in the gaps, and tying up loose ends.
Step 5: Prior to your new website/shop going live, we complete the configuration of your Shopify platform. This may take place during the Design Review, if time permits, or another 60 minute Configuration call may be scheduled to activate:
- Shopify Training
- Domain & Email Settings
- 3rd Party Apps & Integrations
- Payment Gateway Setup
- Shipping Setup
The Website/Shop Design + Development service is a one-time service. You may purchase a monthly Maintenance package add-on, or order SOS Site Support assistance as needed.
